In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Key Enterprises’ Intellectual Property Protection Programs in Suzhou (Document No. SuShiJianGuanFa〔2020〕No. 144), Oriental Semiconductor has been included in the 2nd Batch of the List of Key Enterprises under Intellectual Property Protection in Suzhou upon application. This decision is made to strengthen intellectual property protection and enhance enterprises’ awareness and capabilities of independent intellectual property protection, taking into account the company’s actual situation where its intellectual property rights such as patents and trademarks are vulnerable to counterfeiting and infringement and thus in urgent need of priority protection.
The following is the 2nd Batch of the List of Key Enterprises under Intellectual Property Protection in Suzhou formulated by the Suzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Intellectual Property).

The Suzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Municipal IP Bureau) will entrust third-party professional institutions to conduct intellectual property (IP) protection monitoring for key enterprises on the protection list, covering areas such as trademarks, patents, and trade names. This monitoring aims to detect infringement clues in a timely manner, formulate corresponding protection suggestions or plans, and assist enterprises in taking rapid rights protection measures.
For key enterprises on the protection list, the administration will also carry out IP protection monitoring for their trademarks, patents, and trade names—detecting infringement clues promptly, developing targeted protection recommendations or solutions, and supporting enterprises to quickly implement rights defense actions.
