Responsibility:
1、Digital Power System Construction and Debugging
- Be responsible for the overall construction of digital power systems for telecom power supplies and AI data center power supplies. Integrate the company’s self-developed power devices (MOS, GaN and SiC), drivers and digital control ICs, complete system schematic design, PCB layout guidance and whole-machine debugging. Resolve issues related to electrical performance, compatibility, anti-interference and digital control logic during system setup to ensure stable system operation and demonstrate the performance of power devices and IC products.
2、Power IC and Peripheral Device Testing and Verification
- Develop comprehensive test plans (including electrical performance, dynamic response, reliability, thermal performance, compatibility, etc.) for the company’s designed power devices, drivers and digital control ICs, in line with the high power density, high efficiency and high reliability requirements of telecom power supplies and AI data center power supplies. Conduct functional and parametric testing and verification of devices, issue detailed test reports, feedback on IC design defects found during testing and propose targeted optimization suggestions.
3、Customer Demo Board Development and Delivery
- Design and develop digital power demo boards adapted to target scenarios (for different power levels and topologies) according to the actual needs of end customers in telecom power and AI data center power fields. Complete demo board functional debugging and performance optimization to ensure the demo boards meet customer testing, evaluation and selection requirements. Cooperate with the sales team to explain demo board functions, demonstrate test results, assist customers in product adaptation testing and resolve technical inquiries during customer demo testing.
4、IC Design Requirement Definition and Implementation
- Conduct in-depth communication with end customers in the telecom power and AI data center power sectors to identify pain points, performance requirements and scenario adaptation needs for power ICs (MOSFETs, GaN devices, drivers, digital control ICs) in actual applications. Propose IC design requirements and specification definitions based on market trends, technical feasibility and the company’s product planning. Participate in the review, iterative optimization and sample verification of the company’s IC design schemes, promote the implementation of design requirements, ensure IC products accurately fit end-customer application scenarios and enhance product competitiveness.
5、Customer Technical Support and Requirement Feedback
- Provide technical support for end customers of telecom power supplies and AI data center power supplies, and answer technical inquiries regarding product selection, application debugging and IC usage. Collect improvement suggestions and new requirements from customers on IC products and demo boards, analyze and synchronize them to R&D and product teams to form a closed-loop requirement process and continuously optimize products and services.
6、Technical Documentation Writing and Knowledge Accumulation
- Write documents including demo board design manuals, IC application notes, test plans, technical whitepapers and customer adaptation guidelines. Accumulate experience in digital power system construction, IC testing, troubleshooting and customer adaptation to form standardized processes, supporting R&D efficiency improvement and new employee training.
7、Other Team Support Tasks
- Assist the R&D team in IC product iteration testing, technical research and new product development. Support the sales team in customer visits, product promotion, technical presentations and other related technical work. Participate in industry technical exchanges, track new technologies and trends in the fields of digital power and power ICs (especially GaN devices), and provide references for the company’s product planning.
Appointment:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Microelectronics, Automation or related fields; master’s degree preferred.
2、Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience with digital power end customers, with in-depth experience in one or both of telecom power supplies and AI data center power supplies, familiar with the topology, technical requirements and customer needs of power products in these fields.
- Experience in system application and testing of digital power control ICs (especially XDPP1100 or UCD3138) is preferred.
- Experience in applying Infineon Hotswap controllers is preferred.
- Experience in communicating with end customers related to telecom power supplies and AI data center power supplies is preferred.
3、Professional Skills
- Proficient in the working principles, topologies (such as LLC, PSFB, totem-pole PFC, HSC, etc.) and digital control algorithms of digital power systems. Capable of independent simulation, construction and debugging of digital power electronic and electrical systems, and skilled in solving electrical faults and digital control logic issues during system construction and testing.
- Familiar with the operating characteristics and test methods of MOSFETs, GaN devices, drivers and digital control ICs. Able to independently develop device test plans and complete testing and verification, read IC datasheets and master power IC application technologies. Knowledge of GaN device application pain points and solutions is preferred.
- Proficient in PCB design software such as Altium Designer (AD), able to independently complete demo board schematic design, PCB layout guidance and debugging.
- Skilled in operating digital power-related test instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.), able to independently complete test data collection, analysis and report writing.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to quickly locate technical problems in digital power systems, IC products and demo boards and propose practical solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards and technical specifications for telecom power supplies and AI data center power supplies is preferred.
